The Sonos Sub is a great addition to any Sonos setup! It adds those great lower ends to any music or movie! I wouldn't have a Sonos setup again without at least one sub. I own 2 now and am very satisfied.

The bass is incredibly deep. Setup was a breeze! I can't wait to get the ARC to go with it.

We bought this with the Arc Soundbar. We listened to the smaller unit but for us this was the way to go. The first time you hear a race car or jet on it, and you can feel it in your stomach, you’ll know you made the right decision.

Great Sound and so easy to use, this was the missing piece to my home theater sonos setup. Truly a game changer for watching movies with the family. I have over 10 sonos speakers through out our home, and I wish I had bought this earlier on. Actually getting another for our bedroom as we watch movies from there as well.

I was shopping around for a sound system. Considered the Bose series. Asked the Best Buy Rep what he had and it was Sonos. "Clean base" he said. That being my favorite frequency, I went with Sonos. Daniel from NeverEnoughTech on youtube also had favorable remarks re Sonos. I bought the Arc first with Surround SLs and about a month later bought the Subwoofer Gen 3. I am not disappointed and don't feel bad turning it up when my neighbors are partying.

This is the first real plug and play device I have ever owned. this was to complete my Sonos surround sound system. The system in my opinion is magnificent and worth every many pennies I spent to get this. Thorough total enjoyment and really immersive delivery from this system, without the drudgery and stress normally experienced with past systems I have had.

This sub woofer is amazing!!!! If you have a good setup, it makes you feel like your at the movie thetre and watching the movie. Can't wait for Dune 2 to come out on 4K UHD DVD I will watch it.

I already have a Gen 3 sub. This is my second one. It works awesome paired with my home theater setup.

So much bass. It hits hard, quickly and accurately, and deeply. The only knock I have against it is that it upsets the neighbors, it is probably doing damage to my house, and it might not be totally necessary. In my 20x18 bedroom, it’s too overwhelming for night time watching. The Arc is so good, I sometimes don’t even realized I left the Sub off..

Purchased this Sonos base box as part of a premium surround sound system. It was very easy to pair to existing Sonos Arc soundbar. It completes a 3D dolby surround sound with Dolby Atmos. It sounds amazing just like in a theater.

Awesome wireless sub that was worth the investment. Perhaps one of the easiest pieces of technology to set up.

I own other subs that are part of old-school component systems. This one is just as good and far easier to setup.

Expensive but awesome. I use the bass along the Arc and 2 Ones. My tv experience is superb.

I purchased this a couple weeks back to add to an existing system of two Sonos Ones that were already set up for stereo sound. The Ones already sounded great in the space they were in but I couldn’t help adding in the Sub as I’m also hoping to purchase an Arc in the future as well. I’m really enjoying the additional layer of sound provided by the Sub so far although there are random times when the Sub is showing as connected in the app but no sound is coming out so I have had to go through the process of disconnecting/reconnecting the Sub in the app to get the sound back. This results in having to redo the Trueplay calibration which is an annoyance in the short time I’ve had it. Speaking of Trueplay I’ve found that I had to adjust the EQ afterward to increase the bass to my liking. Otherwise the system sounds pretty similar with or without the Sub.

The Sonos Sub(Gen 3) takes a soundbar based home theater to an astounding level. The Arc is fantastic on its own, but the Sub delivers the lower frequency sounds in a crisp, clean manner to complete the experience. The lows will fully immerse you right into whatever you’re watching and it seems to enhance all possible frequencies to create a cinema theater sound right in your living room. Forget the cost, this Sub is amazing.
