Don’t be cheap with the so is set up. If you’re buying the Sonos arc, then the gen 3 subwoofer is a no brainer to get the full potential.

Deep bass

I was a bit Leary of the design but after getting it home and setting it up I was impressed with its deep bass. It knocks hard with no rattle. My neighbors hate me.

Love the 5:1 Sonos surround set up in my TV room. Sounds just as awesome when used with Sonos play fives for music

Adding the second sub is necessary for a large open space. Not only was the bass deeper. Yhe movies sounded fuller. Better staging. Not obnoxiously too loud

The bass really thumps! As other reviewers have mentioned, the room really rocks when streaming videos. Another great addition from Sonos. Bit pricey but highly recommended!
