This item was originally much more expensive but I picked mine up on sale. While the sound quality is solid and the noise cancellation is a great feature, there are a few things I do not like. The first is that the buds don't stay in my ear like with my Sennheiser behind the neck headphones. The buttons aren't the easiest to navigate and take awhile to get comfortable with blindly. The other issue is the battery life, it isn't great. I do not feel the sound quality and noise cancellation make up for the aforementioned issues.

Sound quality is pretty good with the noise cancelling. Battery life is about 10hrs.

My Bose headset was stolen so I went to the store and the salesman suggested I try these. They seem to work pretty well. I did not like the pictorial users guide. Please give me a written step by step manual.

This behind the neck earphone is the best that I'd used. It's great features, competitive with Bose make this earphone a desirable option. The battery is above average with Bose and charge quickly.

Quality of sound and battery life are the best and worth it

Playing true FLAC audio and combining the noise canceling this earbud headset is great. You will end up pusing them in from time to time to stay in your ears if you move around allot.

Worked well for listening to music. Talking in the phone people said they heard to much background noise. Just average earphones. Over priced!!

I've been purchasing the lg tone platinums for years ( probably had 6 or so sets). I'm a landscaper so I don't treat them well but must be available to answer a call at any time. The over the neck style has served me well. The tone platinums sounded pretty good, but recently when lg was in the middle of a lineup change I was forced to look for another brand. WOW. The Sony sounds incredible for music and even people's voice from phone calls that I used to have a hard time understanding is so Crystal clear and rich in tone. These Bluetooth headsets are great. I was not excited to loose the ability to have the retractable earbud cords but the trade-off is not really even worth mentioning when you hear the difference. I am use to paying 200 for the LG platinums so price was only 30 more. Battery life does seem to be a little shorter but I can still go a day not a problem without charging and it's probably because I'm listening to more audio music then I would ever ever done with the LG tones because of how great they sound. The noice cancellation works awesome as well. Highly recommend

I love these headphones they have a soft collar and the buttons are soft and easy to use long listening time and love the way you can tuck the headphone wire away. The sound is great.

I have been using another BT product for years. These are my first Sony BT product. The highs and lows are fantastic. The online App, you can use as an EQ, is fantastic. Set them to sound desired. Noise cancelling can be turned on/off with just the press of a button. On product controls are simple and easy to use.

I waited a year to leave a review so I could give honest feedback. These are AMAZING! I still can't get over how well these sound and how well they cancel out 98%+ of all background noise. They even out perform my Bose Quiet over the ear headphones.

I drive an 18 wheel tanker and these are excellent for cancelling the noise of the pump and engine when standing outside the cab. It's so much better than the disposable earplugs provided by the company and I can listen to podcasts without having to jack the volume up to absurd, hearing killing levels.

I bought these to replace a Bluetooth ear piece so could talk hands free. At first I purchased Bose EarPods and returned them for these. I have the best of both worlds. I can listen to my favorite music and still answer my calls. P.S. they sound way better than Bose in my opinion!

just missing vibration notifications when not in range of your phone and Msg/email notifications. disconnects from phone often need to power off and on.

Nose cancelling not quite as good as Bose. Sound is better than Bose - especially if you have device that can do LDAC. Build quality SEEMS better than Bose. I have a pair of QC30 that I have loved but they are falling apart and now I have to peel the covering back to turn them on or off.
