This is a great speaker but it is plagued with issues and we have had to work with Best Buy to correct them. I love the sound quality but it can cause delays on 4k tvs.

I haven’t had any issues at all yet with this sound bar. And as far as I can tell it has fantastic sound quality. I like how the subwoofer has a separate volume because i live in a condo and if i’m watching TV late at night i turn down the bass to not disturb my neighbors. It has beautiful sound, and with the extra hdmi inputs there is more than 1 way to set up multiple devices. i’m happy with the purchase overall.

Easy to hook up and sounds great. First sound bar I have owned and will forever have one now.

Sound is great. It is slim and hubby loves it. My dad loves it being on when he is watching sports.

I replaced an existing surround sound system. I wanted to go to a wireless system because I was tired of the wires that run on the floor or around the wall. I completed a lot of research and decided on this sound bar. I also ordered the surround speakers to complete the system. The system is working great. It was easy to setup. It has great surround sound and has very clear voice during movies. I am very happy with the purchase.

I am a Sony fan, and we love our sound bar for the price (plus it was on sale) and great sound!

Upgraded my living room TV to this one and added the sound bar. The sound is great especially for watching movies. Some connection issues with DirecTV remote. Delay when TV switches from TV speakers to the external speakers a little annoying otherwise would have given 5 stars.

I am happy overall with the sound of this soundbar and set up was simple. Pros: You can feel the Autobots walk across your screen. Cons: Some movies, bluray and dvd, still have too quiet dialog even with the Clear Audio enabled.

Sound is very good from bar. Wall mount clips are small plastic pieces with no adjustment for spacing or height.. Software is sometimes flakely, bar tends to take over TV control -- or shuts off & goes to TV speakers unexpectedly, if it sees an input other than the ARC.

I like the product. Not happy with I cannot control from my cable provider remote. Sound is great.

I bought this Sony bar because I have a Sony television and thought it would work well together. But it sometimes cut off with out warning and I have to go to the menu to reprogram it. Great sound.

We were looking for a soundbar for our new Sony TV. Purchased with the tv we got a significant amount off the soundbar. Haven't installed it yet, but so excited to do so.

Bought this along with two rear speakers to complete a theater sound. It's not as powerful as my Boston Acustics wired system, but I preferred not dealing with wires. I was suprised, however on just how nice this unit is. The sound is very nice, and the theater sound is really nice. I can hear sounds behind be nicely. The subwoofer is nice, just wish it was a little more powerful. At the end of the day, I'm very pleased.

I feel I overpaid and there are other options that do roughly the same for less. But it sounds better than anything I've ever owned and it does everything I want it to do. Works seemlessly with my Sony X930E. Bluetooth works great. Make sure you have room for ventilation because it does run warm. Voices sound good and some Jazz does too but some rock n roll or harder music and it seems to be missing that wow factor. This is more than adequate for my purpose and bluetooth sounds really good and the range is excellent with no drop outs. WiFi seems strong and I'm so glad there is an actual Ethernet connection. Would I buy this if I had to do it over again? Probably not but I'm not returning it either.

Sony sound bar really enhances the audio to our Sony TV. We got a great deal on a bundle.

For a top of the line sound bar, the price was great. The sound quality is great. Love it!!

I got this as part of the bundle when I bought my Z9, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. I was glad to learn that I could put my hdmi cables directly into this or into my tv. I used the HDMI feature with ARC, and I love the sound I get in my living room. I added two wireless speakers to the rear and I have no complaints.

Perfect for the space I have in the room. Sounds great took a little getting use to hitting the power buttom twice for it to turn on. Love the blue tooth feature also.
