This was a perfect compliment to my New Sony 930D 65" TV. Needless to say, drop the subwoofer any where in the room, hook to your ARC HDMI input and you have some serious sound that will shake the walls. Best of all, when you are watching a movie you can actually hear the dialogue without sacrificing the other sound effects in the background!!! Great buy!

Great sound with deep bass. Easy hookup and plenty of ways to use it

This system looks and sounds great. But the arc needs some work. I found that the sounds would go out after a while when just watching tv and I couldn't figure out why. Bluetooth and USB were fine but regular DIRECTV hdmi to tv and arc hdmi to sound bar was the problem. I changed the hdmi cable I did the software updates and still no sound I even reset it to factory. So I figured out that for some DIRECTV/cable boxes you also have to use the fiber optic cable direct to the sound bar even though the hdmi is connected. Once I did this no problems. Works great now. Music via Bluetooth awesome.

This sound bar was purchased for my parents to go with a Sony 930E television. My mom absolutely loves the sound of her operas though thus sound bar. Set up is fairly straight forward, just make sure to follow the directions to connect the correct HDMI port on the sound bar to the correct port on the TV. Synchronization with the Sony TV works very well, eliminating the need for independent remote controls. The sound bar also looks like it can add additional HDMI ports to your home theater system, but I did not test this out. Soumething to research. The Bluetooth connection with an iPhone worked well, providing an additional casual home listening option.

The Sony 2.1 sound bar have a great sound and for a good price

Easy to set up. Phenomenal sound quality for the lineup!

I needed a great sound bar for my 65" Sony. All I did was get with the Sony rep in the store and he took me right to this bar. Hook up was easy, set up was easy. The one thing I learned was to make sure you turn on the "IR Repeater" so the remote will work at its highest efficiency.

Great sound bar with full range of sound quality. sleek design

I have had other Sony sound systems and this one is no different. Provides a quality sound with nice deep bass notes. Easy to use and provides clear sound at low and loud levels. Only complaint is they no longer support Pandora directly on the system, you have to stream it off of your phone or use different services they have pre-installed.

Using the sound bar now for three months shows the true digital signal processing profiles has been successfully implemented. Watching movies listening to music has proven to be a new joy when paired directly with the XBR 975 inch television. It is proven to be an amazing investment to bring out theater like television.

Great sound. Best SONY sound bar/subwoofer combo on the market right now. I recommend positioning the sub away from the bar, at least by 10 ft, and even facing it towards the bar and against a wall or another large structure to echo off of for the best possible sound. Great buy all around. Better sound than all comparable brands out there to date.

This was the biggest surprise of all the work the geek squad did for me. I would NEVER have imagined that much clear sound reproduction could come from such a discrete speaker set up. Love it!
