The soundbar produces great sound quality for its size and works perfectly in my home, with a couple of exceptions. 1) The system is very sluggish to load when I turn it on, leaving me without sound for a few seconds as the tv is turning on. 2) I bought the bar to go with a Sony TV. While they work great together, the soundbar is too tall in my entertainment center and blocks the sensor for the tv. I would think Sony would account for their own products when they design.

I got this as an open box product at a very good price, so it was kind of an impulse buy but I knew I wanted a new soundbar. I read reviews and it seemed like people liked it, and I thought I was getting a good deal. Before I had this soundbar, I had a klipsch soundbar. The bass on the klipsch was 10 times better. After the fact, I researched and people said that it was lacking in bass. If I were to had paid full price for this soundbar I would have been disappointed. I returned it and got a reciever and speakers. Although, I have to say that if this was my first soundbar I would have been satisfied. It would have been a good start to getting into audio, but the problem is the price for what you get.

Has great sound, but the HdmiArc connection doesnt work very well. Had to connect via optical cable and it's been fine.

I am not at all happy with this sound bar and the set of rear speakers that I had to purchase. Not enough power/volume at all. My Bose sound bar is 100 times better than this and it doesn't have rear speakers. It sounded OK when running through my 4K Blu-ray player however when watching movies/shows through my cable box the Max volume is extremely poor. Wish I would've purchased another Bose

We've had the soundbar for a couple months now and love it thus far. We have it with our 65" Sony in the mancave and the sound quality is significantly better than our other tv's and soundbar. Impressed thus far.

Great product was an impulse buy! Was purchased for half price when buying the tv. Works great in a big room.

Was looking for a soundbar to pair up with my Sony 65 inch 4k tv and I'm quite happy with this setup. Setup was a little bit confusing. You need to read the instructions on which HDMI port is the ARC port. Had to switch the cords a couple times because of this. The wireless sub is very easy to pair with. I really like the different environments you can choose from. They are very distinct and offer different options for different situations. The system can get really loud. And the bass can hit hard. I underestimated the power of this setup. I think I could have gone for a lower end model, but I like that even at lower volumes it still sounds great. At full price I'd really consider if this is the best option for you. Needed the 4K HDMI options and I'm very happy with it.

I did my fair share of research before deciding on this soundbar. I also bought a 65" Sony 4K at the same time. This soundbar was already on sale for $200 off and with the purchase of the TV I got another $200 off. So I only paid $400 for this $800 soundbar. That being said I like the sound but expected more. I only have the sound bar and the wireless sub and with each additional speaker being $200 a piece I will wait a while before adding them. It's good but not great.

Not for large living areas. Very slick and much smaller in size compared to the others. Great for a bedroom.

A little difficult to set up. The sound is great, especially on Netflix. I got it on sale which makes it even better.

The sound is awesome, the bass is like being in a theatre. The purchase is worth the extra money. Sound is perfect.
