In all fairness, the bar is sitting on a TV stand in front of the TV, it may sound different mounted to a wall. The room it is in is 22x17 and it fills the room up nice.

i read about the extra tweeters on this thinking how much better could it be, it does really well, a lot presets on the remote to choose. well built. design is not the best but i got a good deal on it. ohh the hdmi in it is great, 3 in, it reads HD surround sound.

Sound is nice and can be very loud if desired. Voices register clear and crisp all around good performance... I'm not sure it justified the +$400 price tag...

I'm purchased this unit to match my recent Sony TV purchase and I'm glad I did. Great sound! Clear and crisp. Great for watching action packed movies. Good sound quality for playing and listening to music. Sub doesn't rattle your walls or windows and is integrated smoothly with soundbar.

I bought this to pair it with a Sony TV. The sound is okay but on some input sources the volume seems low. It also makes a popping sound when it switches mode.

It's slightly better than my previous system (Bose, with stand alone speakers). I do like the "Voice" options, because I have hearing problems. Definitely a plus feature.

Good sound upgrade from the TV's sound just wish it had a little more power but overall good value for the pricing

This sound bar is a complete waste of time and money. Even with the current firmware it continues to have problems shutting down even with the option to stop it from going into standby off. The sound is just not there it's not anywhere near loud enough or have any bass compared to other models. With the current firmware now the volume bar doesn't work so you don't know what level your at when adjusting the volume through the TV. Based on the sound quality alone this has to be the worse audio system I have ever purchased. A complete waste considering the high price I got 200$ off since I purchased a couple TV's so only cost 500$ instead of 700$. This item should cost under 50$ you would be better off installing a different sound system.

I paired this unit with my new 65 inch Sony TV and truly appreciate the richness of sound. The Best Buy rep who installed the system for me set it up so that I was able to hear dialogue even when there was background noise.

Great receiver, The subwoofer would sometime disconnect without notice, so keep the manual close in case you need to reconnect.

The sound quality on this is quite impressive. Many times I find myself more impressed with the sound than the actual picture on the TV! The one downside to this sound bar is Sony's somewhat quirky software. Once you get the hang of it though it's a pretty nice system.

I have had a higher class Bose and a higher class Vizio. The Sony blows them out of the water. The sound from this soundbar is amazing. I plan to buy the wireless rear speakers soon which will add to the depth of sound. I would recommend this soundbar to anyone who asks.

Great addition to my new 4K Sony TV.. makes a perfect package. Sound it's crystal clear and bass adjust itself depends what's playing. Great for movies and we had a party at home and people were impressed with sound. Love I can control everything with one remote.. I love Sony products

I love sony equipment.... flat out and this sound bar is yet another piece of great technology I was testing it out and the neighbor banged on the wall violently at 19..... what else do you need to know Pair this with a 900E 4k and just enjoy binging your favorite show

This is a unit that sounds good and has advanced features like Bluetooth and 3 HDMI inputs. I liked it but decided to go with a larger system for our great room.

Very Loud, Great sounding bar. A little on the large side. Wont be able to place bar in front of low TV on a reg stand. will block remote for TV. overall 4 stars.

I really enjoy the soundbar and its ability for. Bluetooth. Only quarral with it is that the bluetooth range is only 10 feet. The sub has to be close to the sound bar

In the store I was blown away. In my house not so much. Better sound than the TV but definitely not a Bose or Sonos.

The speaker sounds amazing and is easy to connect. Have had a few issues with video switching but easily fixed by cycling through sources.
