We heard it at the store and it sounded great, but once connected at home it lacked on volume. We returned it and bought another Soundbar.

Was using a sony 5.1 never heard or thought about a soundbar, I enjoy the soundbar more than the 5.1. Probably needs the zr5s, next purchase.

Tv was shot so we decided to upgrade everything. Sound bar does not dissapoint. Packs a punch with a more ch smaller footprint than my old kit. Worth it!!

The subwoofer seems to have connectivity issues, that I'm just realizing. I'll update this review after Sony or Best buy has had a chance to rectify the situation.

This is very easy to mount. Seen some so/so reviews on this. I am very satisfied so far. The built in menu with a ui on the TV is great!

Once we figured out how to get it set up. Everything was a breeze. You can hear the sound throughout the entire house.

Had it for less than a week and stopped working.

Sounded great at first then we did a system update and it stopped working completly! Called Sony and they said it’s an issue with the new system update and there is not to do to fix it. Good thing it was in the 15 day so we could return!
