I got it because I figure it was another Sony product. I had to use 2 remotes all the time and that drove me nuts! Previously, I had a Onkyo LS3100 that sounded perfect but after 4 years died on me. The Onkyo automatically allowed me to use one remote only and the bluetooth was instant too. The sound was either to high or low so I returned it for the Yamaha Y203 that was rated highest by CNET.

Thank you for providing this feedback. The HT-NT5 is capable to work with your TV with one remote as long as the sound bar is connected to a TV that supports HDMI (ARC). To do this, you can simply take the provided HDMI cable and connect from the HDMI OUT (ARC) on the sound bar to the HDMI (ARC) input on the TV. It won't come back until I turn on the TV the next day, but I didn't spend "good money" for a partially reliable product
