Posted .Hi RetiredPat, Thank you for providing your feedback on the HT-NT5. It’s unfortunate you were experiencing less than desired bass from the wireless subwoofer. We would like to recommend using the dedicated subwoofer volume buttons to increase the bass to your personal preference. These subwoofer volume buttons are located directly to the left of the sound bar volume buttons on the remote. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 800-222-7669 to assist you further.
