Won't connect with my Sony TV

Geek Squad came out and they could not fix it. I contacted Sony and they are no help at all. A lot of money wasted on my part. Very disappointing and frustrating.

This should not be a common experience, so we would like to make a recommendation in an effort to eliminate this issue. To start, please reset your TV by holding down the “Power” button for 5 seconds. Next, please reset your sound bar by holding down “Vol –“ and “Power” buttons on the front of the sound bar for 5 seconds. Next, please try the following wiring options to connect the HT-NT5 to your Sony TV. https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/34162. Underwhelming performance

The sound is pretty flat and 2 dimensional. It doesn't have great channel separation. The volume is not great, expected quite a bit more for the money.

Took them back
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound quality was not there at all, while a notch above the speakers on the TV, it just wasn't good enough. Ended up taking them back & purchasing the Bose Sound Touch 300. The Bose are more expensive, but the quality can't be beat. Since we paid a premium price for the Sony 4K UHD TV, we felt we couldn't skimp on the sound.

Worst Product EVER!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This broke 3 times in less than 8 months and each time I had to ship it to the repair store per Sony I had to pay to package it ($22 each time). This was the only product I did not but Geek Squad and I regretted it. Sony was an absolute nightmare. In the end Sony didn't even have the decency to send me a new one. They refunded me the purchase price less tax. I can believe I ended up in the hole after all was said and done!!!!!!

Buyer Beware!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this sound bar with A Sony @ 75` TV The sensor is in the middle of the TV and you have to stand to adjust volume or change the channel!! They work against each other. If you hang it on the wall your fine! I returned this to Best Buy with no problem and got a smaller one. The TV is Super!!

Ok, but not for us

We have always had a surround sound system with speakers in the back. Movies and sports are just not the same if you don't have the sound all around you. It might be fine for someone who hasn't always had that experience.

But when the loud explosions and other loud scenes occur it is super loud. I have to constantly throttle the volume up and down. Sony has let me down. I own various sony products but this one is thee worst one I have had.

Very little bass
