    Very disappointed. Not worth half the price! Subwoofer was pathetic! General audio was very similar to units I listened to that were 1/2 and 1/3 the price.

    Something is not compatible with my LG OLED Tv that I bought it with. Every time I turn it on, it defaults to USB input (probably the least used input of all!!!). I sat online with Sony Support for an hour and tried everything. Must be a faulty unit they concluded. I took the time to unmount it from my wall, returned it, and mounted the replacement unit. Same problems!! About to return it again! What a pain! Should just be a setting that you can choose your default.

To begin, please make sure to connect the HT-NT5 to your Home Internet Network. After, access the Setup menu through the HOME screen and update the sound bar to the latest firmware update.     It sounds just like the speakers on my tv. I wanted amazing sound and am thoroughly disappointed. Then again I could have it set up incorrectly...

    Surround bar is ok for just tv quality sound

    My expectations were higher then I received. The surround sound is terrible. Not worth the cost. And most def not surround sound quality.

    Used it for 3 weeks, in store it sounds phenomenal until you get home. Bass is terrible exchanged for a Bose sound system couldn't be happier!

      First off, thank you for choosing the Sony HT-NT5 sound bar as your home theater system. It is unfortunate to hear you were not happy with the bass performance of your sound bar. In an effort to remedy this concern, there is a dedicated subwoofer volume control to help increase bass performance. On the remote this is located directly left of the volume control for the sound system, labeled as SW.     Garbage and Overpriced even in a bundle

    I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this sound bar is garbage. It's not worth a hundred dollars much less the price outside of the bundle, I have it paired with a 75" Sony TV and have had nothing but problems with it in three weeks of owning it. It disconnects, the Bluetooth range is terrible, having it hooked to a dedicated hdmi lasted two weeks and now the sound don't work at all, buy something better.

    Keys got stuck only had it for one week and keys from keyboard wouldn’t work , very slow, not good for gaming

    Died after 1 Year

    Stopped working just after the warranty ended. Never gets through the "Please Wait" phase when you turn it on....meaning you can't pair it with anything, the remote doesn't work, and you can't even access the system menu to try to trouble shoot. I called Sony and they acknowledge that this is a common issue, but won't do anything about it.

    This product sounded better in the store. It’s only a few steps up from my flat screen TVs sound. Also had extended warranty through Best Buy and since I still had factory warranty they made me use it and were very rude in the process of troubleshooting it, and seemed to not understand how the product worked
