I figured since it was a Sony product it would of good quality, but the product overall is poor. The subwoofer is lacking big time! I’ve only had it a week and I think maybe it’s time to return it and upgrade.

I purchased almost 11 months ago now. The sub woofer has stopped working. Working with Sony support currently to hopefully replace the part. Even when the device does work, I find the quality okay, but the sound is all over the place. sometimes I have the volume set on 11 to hear, others it is on 50. It really makes no sense. I feel like the highs aren't very clear as a lot of conversation is not clear. I would recommended looking for another device personally.

Sounded great in store. After about 4 months I noticed a cracking noise with certain sounds. Does not do all the time, but is annoying when done.

The sound bar was easy to install. The wireless sub-woofer was the largest challenge in getting it to activate. I am tech savvy, but it took me 3 tries to get the proper the lights illuminated.

I got this unit because it tied in nicely with my Sony TV that is for my personal use. After using it for a month, I'll never go back to using just the television set's sound. Even on Blu-Ray, it produces a nice sound. My room isn't large enough for surround sound but this come close to giving me what I need.

Awesome upgrade to the original tv speakers on my 65 inch Samsung plasma. I chose this one because it was on sale and was an amazing deal

Perfect soundbar for the price range. We are planning to get surround sound for that room in the future but wanted something for the interim. I recommend for a bedroom or a temporary fix for a larger system.

This is a great soundbar system with subwoofer.. Trust me it gets pretty loud and it’s great for watching movies or listening to music.. I’ve had this for over a year now and it works great we use it every time.. so far so good no problems whatsoever.. I fully recommend it for sure..

Using my Sony soundbar in my master's bedroom. Its excellent sound fills the whole room either when watching TV or playing my favorite music. For the price I would recommend it to anyone.

I bought this for it's size and it matched the TV I recently purchased. The 4k I bought had horrible sound. I wasn't looking for something that would blow my head off. Was merely looking for something that would makes voices easier to hear. This does that and adds some bass. Hooks up seamlessly as well.

I bought the sound bar to go with a Sony 60 inch TV. There is a serious lip-sync problem with apparently no fix. Can only use the sound bar for sporting events where you are not looking at the announcers.

I am not having much music knowledge but I like this sound bar. The cons is No proper digital display on bar Every time if you change the input source in TV then the sound bar is power on

This is a solid sound bar. Have used it on two TVs and at times it has randomly not paired well with the TVs (one a Sharp, one a Vizio). When it works, it’s a solid sounding speaker.

Great TV sound bar for the bedroom. It also allows us to sync our phones to it to play music. This speaker has a ARC HDMI input, which allows the volume to be controller from the TV remote.

I was hesitant to purchase a soundbar because the one at my daughters house is a little funky. That one would work and then not work and there were problems with it. This Sony soundbar was easy to install and works great. I'm glad I discussed this with the sales person at Best Buy and took his advice.

This is being used with a sony 65" tv and it works great. My recipient loves that they can now project the sound away from the wall. It does the job for a pretty standard sound bar which you need for any type of sound with these new TVs. Their built in speakers are just terrible

The sound is great for the money, but even hooked up properly by the geek squad to my Sony 4K TV, the picture and the sound get out of synch at random times.

One of The Only Option Sony Gives You For Their Televisions, Confusing Instructions And Nonintuitive Set up. Sound Quality is OK, Could be Better For The Price. Though It’s Not The Worst by Far, Four Stars

this sound bar works perfect for a bedroom. i live in a apartment and the sound and bass is perfect. when watching a movie at night, the night function is super cool. tunes down the bass and sub.
