Sound bar works great if watching movies or watching 4K programming. Not great when watching normal TV because networks send crappy sound signal not compatible with newest technology

Bass seemed to be weak and the voice distorted. Maybe for a smaller room would be most adequate

I am very happy with this purchase. The only issue is the bass seems very soft. Even turned up the bass is barely heard. The ability to connect my phone is also a good feature.

If you're looking for something that is an upgrade from your TV speakers yet isn't over powering with bass this is model is perfect for you. I live in an apartment and this is perfect.

Loved the sound quality and the ease of use. However, the display on the screen is small and hard to see the settings.

I got this soundbar w/ wireless subwoofer when I recently upgraded my TV and BluRay. It is a vast improvement over TV speakers only - especially for bass and lower tones when watching a movie - but without having to place wired speakers all around the room (which my wife detests).

This is an awesome soundbar. Very loud and makes us feel like we are in a movie theater. Very good and a nice price. Even connects to TV easily and turns on when TV is turned on. Can control from TV remote. Just have to manually turn on sub, so make it easily reached.

Hooked up item to television and was unhappy with quality of sound. Did not have enough base.

We purchased a TV and the sound from the TV sounded hollow. We purchased the sound bar and subwoofer and now the sound from the tv sounds much fuller. Pretty easy to install.

This is my first soundbar and I cannot believe the difference!! If you don’t have a soundbar and subwoofer then you are missing out on feeling what you are watching. I bought another one for the bedroom because I could not stand the tinny sound of the TV now that I know better.

This purchase was for a family member with hearing difficulty - the clarity and projection of the sound bar enhances the small TV speakers so it is not necessary to blast noise - it makes for more comfortable listening... much better overall. Thank you Best Buy!!

Very happy with this soundbar so far after owning it for almost a month. Noticeable improvement over TV speakers. Decent bass and very clear audio. It really improved my movie watching experience. Definitely recommend, especially if you can find it on sale.

This soundbar is perfect for my family room. It is clear and the bass is adequate without being extreme . I have to admit it was difficult to sync it with my vizio.

Have been looking to get a sound bar to aid in understanding dialog in movies without using the captions-this one is good not perfect. Its reasonably priced and easy to set up.

This product sounds awesome out of the box... but then the base woofer stops connecting and difficult to reconnect to main speaker

Easy to hookup. Decent display on the sound bar. The sub is pretty disappointing. I feel like the non bass aspect is too overwhelming.

I got a Sony TV and this was a great choice, reasonably priced and sounds great! If you are looking for wall moving bass, this won’t move walls but it will rattle the windows at full volume. It was very easy to set up and start using, especially with another Sony product!

We needed an inexpensive sound bar with an optical audio connection for our TV. HDMI a plus. Now when we watch TV or a movie I can understand what the actors are saying.:)

Gift for my sister. Not the best quality, i feel I could have found something a little better. Works great though no issues since purchase.

We had trouble with my husband wanting the tv up too loud for me to stay in the room. The tv speaker wasn't clear. The sound bar is much clearer on the voices and doesn't have to be turned up as loud. The music and movie features sound good as well.
