The sound is okay but not the greatest. The volume gets loud but the subwoofer doesn’t provide much bass at all.

This is a nice sound bar and provides good clarity and sound for the money. The main drawback is it doesn't adjust sound levels very well when big action comes on.

Did not indicate designed for ARC connection Could not get sw to work because my TV lacked both ARC and Dig audio so hooked Dig Audio to cable box and sound bar

Other reviews complained about lack of bass response. Out of the box, the response is lower than I liked. The remote allows you to change the subwoofer level to one that sounds great. I am considering buying another for another TV.

This was purchased for a family member with hearing issues. After getting it set up, it made their life - enjoying TV and music much better!

Bought this soundbar for our shed, which we use as an exercise room. Needed to be able to hear the television over the sound of both a rowing machine and an elliptical. This soundbar really sounds great even at a very high level.

We added the soundbar when we got a new Sony - 55" Class (54.6" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV with High Dynamic Range tv. It has worked great and very good sound quality.

Sound is great, I wish it had an indicator as to where the column actually was. The subwoofer seems a little soft.

Works great with the TV. Hook up went easily. Sound is good. Definitely need movies and programs that have Dolby sound to get the full effect of the sound bar.

This has a great sound and allows us to watch anything we want and be able to hear it over the loud air conditioner In my living room. The only complaint sometimes it loses connection and I have trouble re setting it again. Otherwise it sounds great

This a great soundbar so you can hear the dialogue and it isn't crazy money. The sound from the tv is not loud enough. So this is an inexpensive way to hear better

I absolutely love this sound bar. I did a lot of research online and I went in store to try a few different brands. The Best Buy associate I worked with help me decide. It has a nice deep bass and well as clear audio.

Definitely outperforms much more expensive soundbars. I really appreciate the wireless subwoofer for the flexibility of placing it far away from the rest of the entertainment center. Much more of a noticeable effect when you can put it behind you.

The clarity with movies and music is good but disappointed with the base not a deep. I have Samsung base is great but clarity not good as the Sony.

I really enjoy the settings on this soundsystem. The 'movie' setting really adds great atmosphere. I enjoy pumping up the volume during a good atmospheric horror flick, like ghoulies, and watching my kitten bug out at the loud parts.

First I must say the salesman at the store was so helpful and very patience with all my questions and led me to this purchase. Once I got it home it was so easy to install and the sound quality for an apartment is phenomenal.

We love the Soundbar System with wireless Subwoofer and Digital Amplifier. It does everything we want and is perfect for the size room in which it is located. Love is especially with Blu-ray DVDs and our new Sony 55"

This sound bar has a great powerful sound, I can't listen to it at full volume because my wife won't let me, but it is a good sounds and great value.

Wife and I spent 2 hrs in bestbuy. Listening to about every Sound bar in our price range. This is great for just basic tv watching needing more volume to watched a action packed movie and music the bass is really good threw them all.
