This sound bar was easy to install on the wall using the template provided. I just used the HDMI cable and connected it to my tv. All my other devices automatically connected. It has a deep bass and is loud and clear.

I purchased this to replace an old sound bar with outdated tech. This model connects via HDMI which is an enormous improvement. The best buy salesman recommended it and I'm very grateful he did, thanks!

This Sony soundbar/subwoofer system works great in our living room where it provides great sound quality without taking up a lot of space. The price was reasonable and the system was easy to hook up.

The sound quality is really good. The wireless connection of the woofer with soundbar is really easy.

Bought this sound bar on Black Friday and loved it ever since. A nice upgrade from the speakers on my TV. Can hear a more broad spectrum of sounds over the TV set. Not the top of the line but does what I want it to do.

My husband has a hard time hearing high pitched voices. The sound bar completely solved the problem. He doesn't complain anymore.

The sound bar works great for cable channels, but can't play anything from an Amazon Fire TV. I posted another comment on the Toshiba Fire TV about this. The sound bar is great, small, and a quick set up.

Needed something to enhance the sound from a TV that is wall mounted and in a church classroom. Certainly has provided what we needed.

Good sound. I'm can adjust the volume with my Sony TV remote while using the tv. I connected my speaker with a HDMI cable. I saw some reviews where people said they could not get the t.v. remote to work with the speaker.

Only problem is difficult to synchronize voice with picture. Don’t know if this is because of item or something else. Still working on it.

I bought this as a low cost option to work with my Sony tv to get some quality sound, while not having to buy a receiver and such... worked perfectly and operates with my tv remote! Couldn’t be happier!

Made this purchase to try to overcome the poor quality speakers in my new 4K TV. (As TVs get thinner, the speakers get poorer...) The sound bar helped, but is still not superb. I suspect adjustments to the TV settings and the Sound Bar settings will improve the sound, but only effort will tell. The sales kid said Geek Squad could come set it up if I took a service contract or paid a one-time service fee, and maybe I should have taken the offer.

With speakers on flat screen TVs getting smaller and smaller, a sound bar like this is a good investment, definitely worth the price.

The salespeople and online reviews collectively praise this soundbar. It exceeds all my expectations for my home entertainment needs. Extremely satisfied after deciding on this soundbar after a month or two of research.

The speakers my 65 inch 4K tv came with are a joke .. For all the money I paid for the tv you’d think they’d be a little better but that’s another story .. Anyway this speaker improved the tv tenfold

Love the sound and sleek profile of this Sony sound bar. Really pairs up well with the Sony 900 series TV that I bought at the same time.

Got this for my dad for Christmas. He loves it. He cant hear very well and the sound from soundbar is loud and has good quality

I bought a Samsung comparable to this Sony system, I took the Samsung back and got the Sony. Make sure your Television has the hdmi sound return plug, your audio will all be controlled by the TV or cable remote.

Crisp sounds, but lacks depth and solid base. The awkward hdmi plug in angle would cause cable to come loose if bar was moved.

I really wanted to like this sound bar. It produced pretty good audio quality for an entry level system, but the audio and video signals would sometimes become out of sync. After several hours of continual use, the audio track would gradually separate and then become noticeably obvious. It didn't happen all of the time but I couldn't live with the inconsistency of this problem so I returned it to Best Buy.
