Big difference.

Sony support not helpful

My Bravia tv bought at best is performing well but am not thrilled with tech support.

A decent product for the discount price

Maybe it’s just me, but I can’t tell that the woofer contributes much to the sound experience. The optic cable will not lock into the sound bar and will disconnect if the soundbar is jostled or moved.
