It seems any tv I’ve purchased in the last 6 years needs a sound bar. This one is perfect to give me the volume from what I expect from a TV out of the box.

So far, I am totally enjoying this soyndbbar. It's very pleasing to both the eyes and the ears!

Sony has great products and the soundbar adds just the right amount of added dimension to the room.

Sound quality is fine for our small room, but there is an annoying lag between video and audio that makes me turn it off sometimes and just use the TV audio. Some brands have a control to synch this, but not this one. Can't afford to get another right now, so I'll deal with it.

This is my best purchase to date, the sub gives that great boost but the night mode option keeps the sound crisp and the bass down when my kid is asleep.

Overall good soundbar. Hi's and mids are good. Would like a little more bass, but thats just me

Added soundbar to TV for better sound and volume. TV is a flatscreen and sits in corner; the soundbar greatly increases both. Very happy with purchase.

This unit provides great sonic quality for "bedroom" sized rooms. The audio and effects are awesome for gaming and movies, and the subwoofer performs very well.

I didn't believe it until I hooked it up, but it really does have surround sound and the subwoofer sounds good too. I would recommend this to everyone.

Works well with my sony tv. For a small sound bar it has guys to perform. I like it very much.

The soundbar and wireless subwoofer are sleek and indistinguishable, but pack a punch.

We didn't care for the sound - it was very flat. For the price, it should have sounded better.

At first I was thoroughly impressed, I watched a movie with it at higher volumes and noticed a crackling like the speakers were blown, no matter how much I adjusted the settings it did not go away. It wasn't even that loud and only did it with movies, music was fine. Disappointing but if you won't use at higher volumes then you will be happy

Usually Sony makes great products and I have purchased several in the past. Subwoofer stopped working. No status light. Will not connect no matter what I do. Sound bar works and sounds fine. Purchased nearly 2 years ago. Sure to be out of warranty.

Sounds good, looks good, is good for the price. I am not a huge fan of sound bars at all

The sound bar and sub woofer was exactly the size I needed, apartment. The quality of sound is amazing, can also hook up my phone and play my music.

This little Sony was garbage. It was used maybe a couple times per week in a clean home and was never abused in any way. It just stopped working one day a month ago. It sounded great while it worked.

No issues at all, easy to install and setup. Great power from the bar and subwoofer. You can notice the difference instantly. I definitely recommend
