    I'm sure the sound is an improvement but not necessary for what I use the TV for, which is to watch the programs provided by my provider. Also, not able to operate the volume from the tv remote. Not happy having to use 3 remotes!

    I am glad I purchased a sound bar as the TV doesn't project volume very well. I have this in a rather large room and the sound bar is much better than the TV but is doesn't have the sound fullness I was hoping for. Overall, I do like it. I has integrated very well with the Sony TV I have.

    It gets pretty loud. The only downside is sometimes it disconnects from my tv and I have to turn it off and turn it back on

    Its ok for about $250. I still think these should be bluetooth but I guess they say optical is better for quailty so I can't knock them on that. As far as overall sound. Its ok, nothing speical.... Defiantly loud. Its nice that you can bluetooth your phone or tablet to play music.

    installed sound bar with no problems though I did have to buy an additional cable. Works well and we are enjoying the product

    I bought this for my dad so he wouldn't need to use two remotes to control the sound and get better sound than the TV speakers.

    It was difficult to hear many of the movies on Netflix and Prime Video. The sound bar has definitely improved the volume.

    Looked at other soundbars. I was not impressed. This bar surprised me. I own all samsung products. This is my first Sony. It's awesome !!
