    Are usually don’t buy open box items, but this was a good price for a sound bar, The label with the description said that all the accessories were included, but when I opened the remote control was missing, so I have to return this item, bummer.

    You get what you pay for. The sound quality does not compare to Polk at all. Either spend more for a better Sony soundbar or buy Polk.

    Good sound small. The sound was behind the TV. It was very anoying. I reset it and it would be okay for 5 to 10 minutes then it would be behhind again. Maybe I just got a bad one. Returned it and bought a Samsung and it works fine.
