Great Sound, horrible sync with TV

However, from the moment I hooked it up at home, the lip movement on the TV did not line up exactly with the words coming from the sound bar. After carefully reading the set up instructions, checking connections, and phone calls to the customer service number, I had to return the product for a refund. Sad, because I liked the quality of the sound, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one.

Disappoint HDMI ARC port didn’t work

Terrible sound

Soundbar stop working

It just dosen't come on at all I've tried pressing the power button on soundbar itself and the remote. Theres just no power to it at all. When i did use it when it was working it sounded good but also hardly used it for it was for my bedroom tv.
