We returned it for a few reasons. 1) voices were almost always louder than music so it became hard to consistently hear dialogue. 2) I was constantly having to play with the volume. 3) audio did not seem to be “surround” as all audio seemed localized to the sound bar. I typically like Sony products, but this one not so much.

Unfortunately, as time has went on, the rear speakers and the subwooofer have disconnected over and over. It’s at the point that I am through trying. So much potential ruined by crappy software. Wish I had blown off the promise of Dolby Atoms and went with Sonos.

Even though it is Bluetooth, it will only work with specific models of TV. The sound doesn't sync very well with video when using the HDMI cable connection. The fiberoptic cable may work better, but I have read reviews that it is sometimes worse.
