Decided to try again and exchanged for a new one. Not completely satisfied because there is a delay in the sound from the TV.

Solid Mid-Range Sound Bar System

I would recommend this particular model for a secondary TV or a primary TV if in a smaller room. If you are an audiophile or are looking for a home theater worthy audio, I would look at other sound bars. But you will definitely get improved sound over the internal speakers on a TV by using this sound bar. Also, make sure that your TV can accommodate the CT-290 without disrupting your overall system or network of interrelated devices. Pros: - You can connect to the sound bar via bluetooth or via USB and stream music or audio. - Wireless subwoofer - Sleek, slim design with wall-mount capability, ideal for those with limited space - Music, Movie, Voice and Night modes available - Delivers crisp and clear sound Cons: - No standard RCA jack or headphone style input - USB port is difficult to access (on back of unit) - Power cords for both sound bar and sub are short - No volume indicator on sound bar - Bass is a little on the weaker side Again, this tier/price point is cluttered with many of the same type of sound bars (2.1 channel with wireless sub, etc.). This one in particular does not stand out or excel in a particular area. The slim profile is probably it's best selling point. But all in all, it gets the job done.
