They convinced my wife that what she REALLY needed was a Blueray... not just a DVD player... So they never hooked it up... It's just sitting there in the box waiting for me to go back to the store and swap it out for a Blueray player so I can go home and hook it up for myself.... Thanks Geek Squad!

Continuously shuts down randomly until it finally wouldn't stay on. 3 weeks outside of warranty and Sony refused to honor warranty. Just an anchor weight. 30 -40 years ago Sony was known for superior electronics. Not any more! Very cheaply built. Don't waste your money

I'm watching a movie and the voice and the movement of the mouth are way out of synch. So bad that I have to turn it off. I have found turning everything off and back on fixes it for a while, then it starts again.

It didn’t. It’s as if they fight each other. It also was not compatible with a device that sends the TV audio to my wife’s hearing aids. It cause an echo an so we have to turn it off.

Exchanged it for a similarly priced Polk unit and am quite pleased. Best Buy very helpful and understanding in the whole process......

It didn't happen. The music through the BT Option is very poor quality. The sound quality just watching TV and movies is bad. The sub has very little kick.
