Good Buy for the buck. I sorta felt "obligated" to buy it, but I have no regrets. I would do it again, but negotiate a better price. Good sound bar nonetheless.

This Sony soundbar is a good soundbar in its price range only to be slightly outdone by the Polk audio soundbar around the same price. I was underwhelmed by the overall system power though and opted to exchange for the slightly more expensive Sony HTCT 800 soundbar that boasts a load of both on-screen menu options and more power also it has more simulated surround features with the ability to add wireless rear speakers, so for $130.00 more it was well worth it in my opinion. But if you're looking in this price range for a quality soundbar than I would definitely recommend this for purchase.

This sound bar is clear and has a sleek profile under the TV. The sound does not distort at high volumes and the bass is more than enough for movie watching

You should purchase a sound bar with your TV. Don't rely on the internal TV speaks.

I was really impressed on how much better the sound was for movies and football games. I have a hard time hearing talking in movies if the actors have low voices. This soundbar makes the sound so crisp that I can hear everything plus it was easy to install.

This, along with a TV, were a spontaneous purchase that we are very happy with. The sound is great and my kids complain it's too loud when I'm watching a movie, but that's what it's for.

This is an awesome sound bar so far. The sub bumps and there is no lag in timing.

Sounds great but it did not sink up with my xfinity remote as I was told it would!!!, So have to use 2 remotes and my husband HATES having to use 2 remotes

Had this for over 2 years now, works just as good now as it did then. Only had a few instances with sound interference, just shutdown gaming, tv, etc. and worked fine. Good sound for the price & for the specs.

Entry level sony sound bar looks and sounds great and is a quality unit. Love it!

The bar has a great sound when playing blue ray dvds and it had a great sound when I played a music cd, the sound was clear and crisp with moderate bass tones

our son recommended Sony when we were in the market for a sound bar. Previously had a Bose Solo that was at least 8 yrs old. We are very happy with our choice. It's easy to use and we like the fact that we can control the amount of base. Great product
