The bass sounds great, and I like that the bass has its own volume on the remote. Watching movies in our home is much more fun, and it's awesome to connect to our own music, too.

Sound quality is terrific for the price and there are several preset modes depending young the type of program material you are listening to.

Great Sound and Integration with TV

What more do you need? i did not hear it side by side with the less expensive Samsung, but I got it on sale and I like the sound. My parents have the less expensive Samsung and it sounds good too.

I got a great deal on the price also!

I was able to purchase them both a a very good sale price and I could'nt be more pleased. I highly recommend this sound bar.
