I guess I was expecting a lot more out of this soundbar. It's no Bose, so if you're looking for great sound, get something else.

Initially I wanted a Samsung sound bar, but after listening to many in store, I decided to go with the Sony. It was on sale for a good price and sounded better than sound bars almost double the cost. I went from a 5.1 channel surround sound (Sony) to this to cut wires and save space. The sound quality, bass, and loudness is amazing. Looks are sleek, I love the touch buttons on top. Bluetooth works great, no sound quality loss. I would highly recommend this if you are looking to get a new sound bar, you will not be disappointed. Also includes an optical cable, so you don't need to buy one.

This is my first sound bar. I was a bit hesitant about getting one but I really happy. The TV alone has adequate sound but when the sound bar is on, the sound is rich. Why 4 stars? My TV lacks bluetooth so I need to use the optical connection. The connection introduces a delay and I need to mute the TV to avoid the sound having an echo. I don't know how it works with just bluetooth.

This unit is good for small rooms but defiantly not large rooms. It is an enhancement to tv speakers but not much more than that.

Sounds great voices are easy to hear. Remote has enough controls to adjust for your room.

sound excellent. our room is large 400 sq ft. only problem is lip synch off on a lot of shows

I wasn’t sure how well a soundbar would sound compared to a standard 5.1 surround system, but boy was I surprised! I am so glade I made this purchase!!!

Got this on a recent sale and the sounds is pretty great for the price. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an entry level sound bar

We bought this to have more than the sound coming from the back of the tv and it was well worth the purchase. The sound bar and subwoofer were great additions

I like this soundbar w/sub for what it is. I live an apartment, so it works for me, especially the night mode. Having the HDMI in/thru is nice for getting the closest synced audio/video. The vertical sound engine sounds great. Does a good job replicating surround-ish. This is definitely a step up from the first one I bought, which would skip audio when changing the volume. This works great for me.

This sound bar has really good sound for the price we paid and we are very satisfied with it.

Love the clear sound. Can here it all over the downstairs. That’s nice when you are cooking and you don’t have to turn the tv to 70 to here it.

works great for my bedroom. def an upgrade from basic tv speakers and the wireless sub hits pretty good and can be placed essentially anywhere in my room.

This device was very easy to set up and sounds great, especially in a smaller room. Also takes up very little space.

I was looking for a good sounding soundbar for a small room. This Sony soundbar sounds great and with just enough base. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

a big improvement from the flat screen audio. the wireless sub makes for an easy set-up.

I bought this sound bar to go with a 55" LG tv that I had installed on a family room wall. My installer had a little trouble, since the cord power cord does not disconnect from the bar. The sound is good, but not great compared the the Bose 3-2-1 system it replaced. Not as rich sound, and the bass is not as full as I'm used to.

We got this sound bar on sale from best buy. A++++ sound,deep bass. Check best buy often because these deals come and go all the time.

A great improvement over the sound of the TV alone. Not top of the line, but very good.

Works great. Easy to use. Sounds good. Really don’t use as often as we thought.
