Not sure what is going on with controllers but the joystick responds on its own when playing games. It came with a glitch. PS4 needs to work on this, as I am not the only one dealing with this issue.

Rodney had to go find the PS4 controller for us in the back. It took some time and effort and he updated us a time or two to let us know he was still trying. That was really appreciated.

best gaming controller i've ever used

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they felt very sold and expensive. the button response feels great! not a whole lot more to say about a controller, but these are solid.

Anyway, the Best Buy Geek Squad warranty makes this the only place I will purchase them for any platform. We know they fall apart, having the additional warranty makes it much less painful when they do.
