Was shipped on time. After being on a charger for a couple of days, I finally TRIED using it. It would not turn on. Placed back on the charger, but same results. My store replaced it and they verified it would charge. Got it home and continued the charge. AGAIN, when I went to use it, it didn't work. After reading PS blogs, I plugged it directly into the unit and it finally came on...STRANGE, but true. None of my other 3 controllers have had this issue.

Easy to use. My son actually has PS4-5 controllers connected to his PC. Was easy and convenient to setup and use.

Only reason I didn’t give it a five star rating was because the analogs should be smooth like the previous ones .

The controller is great, though on mine the rubber on the analog sticks is starting to peel, but Sony will replace it with the warranty.

First Playstation controller i bought for me, to play in PC. I have this and another from Xbox, and i loved the fact this controller is performing even better in bluetooth than the Xbox one. I like this.

I really like the features of the new PS4, such as the low power mode that charges controllers and downloads updates, the quick return to a game you stopped playing. I do not like having to pay to play online though, but I hope its faster and more reliable than the regular PS network.

Mine seem to go out more than often, so definitely get the insurance. Its a real life saver. and wallet saver as well

Its what you would expect out of the Dualshock 4s at this point. New color is nice, controller itself is still solid. No complaints.

I purchased an extra controller to go along with my new PS4. Not much else to say besides the fact that with works great. Set up was easy, and the new PS4 controller feels great in you hand.

My son absolutely loves it. Very comfortable to hold and use. Charges decently fast.

Works great just like the standard controller and always get compliments on it. Like how the color is a satin finish and not shiney.

Only one controller comes with the game system. This controller is needed for more than one player to enjoy games. Great price.

Strongly feel that it should come with a replaceable battery for the price ...the battery died on me to quick in my belief, ;after 4-5 months of occasional play.and also if they go that route maybe design it so that it's easier to swap also.

As always these get a 4, fix the drift. This always occurs.

The controller did really well the only reason I returned it is because I accidentally drop it on my hard floor so I finally then used the warranty on it all in all it was worth buying

worked well on ps4 and PC gaming. some stick drift after a year
