Quite Surprised! (Good thing)

I didn’t know what much to expect. It was my first time ordering from Best Buy as well as something that wasn’t 100% in perfect condition. I was VERY impressed at how fast my product came. It was delivered 8/31/19 and such a great price! Really glad I bought it and will definitely buy more open box purchases. The only thing is that it didn’t come in original packaging but came in a package that protected my product as well as kept my item discreet.

Good, but stiff

I love the new controller, solved the wonkiness, HOWEVER! The buttons are pretty stiff as well as the sticks and depending on the game they get a little stuck too much if you are trying to be precise and fast, most notably accidental melees in call of duty.
