I have a Star Wars themed controller that came with my PS4, and it still works the best out of my 3 by far. My second controller was the anniversary edition, which still works fine. However, my third controller (my first Jet Black controller) has been the one that has given me the most grief. Upon my initial purchase, the plastic body on the controller was shifting up and down, so I exchanged it. The second one had a similar problem (one which progressively got worse), and it also had a sticky R1 button; so I exchanged it again. This third controller was a much newer model, one that had released in tandem with the PS4 Pro (still a Dualshock 4, just with some material differences). Once again, it featured some sticky buttons, but this time the left joystick was also getting stuck on occasion. Finally, I exchanged it once more and, thankfully, have not had any more of these problems. Overall, these controllers are usually fantastic. They're generally sturdy, comfortable, and responsive, as well as pretty. Unfortunately, it seems that Sony's QC department isn't up to its task.

Nice feel but has a forward drift already at less than one day of usage.

I didn't enjoy switching from the Xbox 360 controller to the PS4 controller at first but as I spent the last couple of years with it, I actually prefer it now. Only issue is they have about a six hour play time before needing a recharge.

Since we were unable to get the ps5, due too many bots, I’ll blame it on that lol and system failure. I told my son, I got you a white ps4 remote, because I couldn’t get your ps5. Oh we had a laugh!

My boyfriend had to have 2 controllers for his new PlayStation. Not only does he like the color but the controller is perfect for his gaming needs.

Good controller, compatible with Apple TV. It could use some better instructions

I loved the color, so I needed to add this one to our collection of course. Oh and ps4 controllers are very durable compared to xbx1

My first controller I bought was DOA so I took it back and the return was processed without the box or anything no questions asked. Super happy with this purchase.

Tried connecting it like an Xbox One controller and it didn't connect as quickly, but I like the design and it's not as bulky.

Amazing controller! Works just the same as a regular controller but looks amazing while playing! The gold color really stands out and I would recommend it!

This controller is a perfect replacement in the event that your controller may have been damaged by some sort of traumatic expierence of it growing wings and flying across the room, or it may just be the perfect fit for you when you have company over and don't have enough controllers.

The controller looks great and functions as expected. It synched up after rebooting my PS4 and works like a champ!

these dualshock remotes are so spendy, but a necessary addition for a family of 4 since the PS4 only comes with 1 in the box.

The Sony Dualshock 4 is one of the best controllers on the market today. Very pleased with the crystal color as well.

Unfortunately one of the controllers that came with my PS4 started misbehaving. Characters would move forward when pressing L2. It was very annoying. The controller I received from Best Buy works as expected.
