Not a gamer but my sons are

I am not sure what the differences are between the controllers as they all look the same to me, but what I can say is that these controllers are definately better then the previous ones my sons own as they put the old ones in the closet. Maybe because it is new, it functions better or maybe they just like the color. Whatever the case may be, I know I will get my monies worth because they have not put it down yet.

Works good for a few months, then you start to get stick drift. Especially if your a competitive gamer or game a lot in general. Call of duty is especially not kind to any controllers really. I've gone through so many PlayStation Controllers.
