Because if you drop these things once they will be broken. The directional pad didn’t work correctly for the first few hours of play but then started to work right. These controllers are very delicate you drop them you throw them they will not work. To take care of it and I’ll take care of you! #xboxsucks

After a while your PS controller will wear out from gaming. PS has the best controllers and Best Buy is the best place to buy with fast shipping to your home.

It’s works perfect while it works though. Never get liquid near controller. Just hoping the ps5 consoled I just ordered is better than ps4’s.

Awesome replacement or semi upgrade

The d pad and thumb sticks are gray this controller I believe is the one that comes standard with the PS4 pro.

I like the colors, and we will never get the controllers mixed up. Personally I think PS4 controllers are too expensive.. especially when they ALL end up having an issue with the L3 button eventually. But since this is the standard price for PS4 controllers and I don't think you can get a sony one cheaper, I still set the value at 5 stars and gave the review 5 stars.
