These new controllers are fantastic. The touch pad woefully great for typing or texting. There is a speaker built into the controller. Also you can connect a wired headset into it. Only con is that the battery gives a few hours at a time.

Feels fine, needed to buy a 2nd one due to the original missing directional inputs.

It is my son's favorite controller. He just cannot see it when he plays video games in the woods.

THE BEST controller Sony PS ever released. Very comfortable for long gaming sessions, almost as comfortable as the Xbox One controller. The only issue with this controller is the cheap rubber they use on the thumbstick, they tend to peel off after a few sessions. i'd recommend you get the Geeks Squad protection on this controller or you could invest in some thumbstick pads. I also wish they came in other colors. i'm sure that'll change eventually.

As a vet, I liked the color scheme for this controller. It was to replace the original one I wore out.

Could be a bit cheaper. It work just like it should. I like it because of the camo pattern. Holds charge good. Over all a good purchase.

Sony did a really nice job with this controller.keep in mind though that the camo part of the controller is only in the front part of the controller.still, the matte finish and the fact that it is a sony product really makes a world of difference.

I bought this as a replacement for my launch controller that was no longer holding a charge. I've had no complaints with my DS4, as it's one of the most comfortable controllers I've held.

Well, it's not like there are a lot of options for PS4 controllers so far -- I haven't ever seen a 3rd Party one -- but Sony controllers are still solid, and buying new is still the way to go. [Used ones tend to get offloaded because people try to charge them with their QuickCharger cords for newer phones, and fry the inside of the controller. Fell for that once, waste of time and money] They're spendy, but function well! If you can find a deal (picked this one up for $40) then it's about as good as you can get!

The official Dualshock 4 is certainly the best Playstation controller yet. Fits very well in the hand and has a good weight distribution. Third party controllers are often bulky or strangely shaped, so I certainly recommend this over them.

The colors amazing for this, work properly and haven’t had issues.

This controller is the culmination of everything good ever in a controller. Weight is much heavier than the previous Dualshock's. Where the Dualshock 3 was basicly just a redux of the Dualshock 2 this one is a complete redesign. Rumble feels great, buttons feel perfect, new shape is comfortable after hours of use. The textured back and bottom of the controller feels good on your hand and provides great grip. Love this controller, i just wish i had more games already to play on the PS4! Only drawback is that the battery life is a little worse than the previous Dualshock 3
