Yes there are other options out there for PS4 controllers. I haven’t used all of them but I don’t have really any serious gripes with this standard DualShock 4. I do wish they would improve the quality and size of the thumb sticks. They are acceptable but I much prefer sticks that are the shape and size of XBOX controllers. It’s far from perfect but it’s even further from broken.

My opinion, every time I buy an aftermarket controller I feel like I get exactly what I pay for something that's too cheap to toggles move to loosely it just doesn't feel the same I'm always happier when I buy a PlayStation controller from Sony

this is what my son want for Christmas. Works like his other wireless controllers but cool new color.

PS4 definitely has better controllers. Very little need to replace them often.

The new version of the dual-shock 4 is still just as nice as the original. I have not had the issue with the rubber on the sticks wearing away like the originals were plagued with and the light bar in the touch-pad is a nice addition.

I got to be total honest with the random person reading this review. I purchased this beautiful golden controller for the most obnoxious and vainest of reasons. I purchased this gold controller so I can play Assassin's Creed: Origins which takes place in beautiful ancient Egypt. I pre-ordered the Gold Steelbook Edition through the good folks at Best Buy and I want to play AC:O with a golden controller in October when it is released. Sounds ridiculous right? Yes, I know.... don't judge me. I know some of you will understand.

Great color and feel. Works the same as the original color controller. No pulling on the joycons.

Its red. Its wireless. Its brand new in a box. It still doesn't make me any good at my games. Guess i cant complain its the controller anymore.

It's great that black dual shocks are back in stock, given the pandemic and that PS5 is out, it's good to have extras for PS4.

It’s a controller and it does it’s job. Idk what else to say but it works lol

The PlayStation controller has evolved quite a bit over the years. The implementation of the touch pad is a great addition. These have a quality feel and the white is sexy. That being said...they aren't perfect. I find that they're actually a bit of a pain to plug in... a minor but irritating gripe. Also, their battery life is average. Still, Sony puts a lot into your hands with these controllers proving that great things can come in small packages.

They are okay, nothing compared to the pro controller for the switch, but its what Sony has to offer.

Works well. Makes available for two players based on the split screen. An Excellent addition t the Plat Station 4, when friends come over.

Like the price and the way it felt when using it. Price was good.

My son picked this controller out for his birthday and absolutely loves it! Plus I like that you can personalize it. I had a light bar decal made with his name on it. It looks really good.
