I received this controller with my PS4 via regular shipping. It was in new condition not damaged at all. Easy to track via text/online. Would definitely order from Best Buy. Got this controller for $39 around Thanksgiving.

Needed a new one(wore out the older original controller). Works perfect and there is no better design for the PS4, absolutely love the color.

The PS4 2.0 controller is basically the same at the first one that came with the original PS4. I'd hope they would have increased the battery life a bit more, but I guess It's a tactic to make sure you purchase an extra controller. The only other reason could be that when the PS5 comes out they can say "We've increased the controller battery life by 50%". It's okay Sony. I'll still buy a second controller. :P

Works well, just wish it wasn't so expensive. Looks just like the one that came with my Playstation

This is one of my favorite controllers ever!! Somy did a great job in making improvements to the PS3 model of this controller. Feels a bit heavier, but sturdier and the buttons and joysticks just sit better on the thumbs.

I purchased an extra controller for my son when I purchased his PS4 since I knew that even if he didn't play side by side games with his friends, he would enjoy being able to switch out the controllers when the one he was using lost its charge.

I forgot my controller at home when I went out of town and took my PS4 with me. I needed a controller so I ordered a new one online and picked up in store. It's a nice addition to my other controller so I can play multiplayer games.

I would never buy a controller not made by the same company as the system it's used for works fabulously.

Customer service was excellent. A lot of store are sold out of ps4 controllers but Best Buy has a lot in stock

Got the new color on Black Friday for 39.99 very good deal. Color is awesome and feels smooth in the hands.

I love the new PS4 console controllers, but the battery life in them is pathetic. I recommend buying a chat pad battery extender or having multiple remotes to ensure minimal delay in game-time. I docked a star for this reason alone. Additionally, the thumbstick pads do not wear out nearly as quickly on these new controllers as they used to, but I still highly recommend buying a set of third party stick pad grips.

Having purchased the PS4 Uncharted 4 console bundle and the Uncharted 1-3 game collection, it just made sense to get the Uncharted 4 controller since I was going to get a 2nd controller anyway. I like the light slate gray-blue color. Other than the color it's just like any other 1st gen PS4 controller. It was also on sale for same price as most of the other different colored PS4 1st gen controllers - so why not? The sale price was likey a byproduct of clearing out stock as the newer 2nd gen PS4 controller had alreaady been announced.

I'm sooo happy that playstation came out with a purple controller. It's a great controller and great color
