Nice upgrade to the ps4 controller

Although it looks almost identical to its predecessor, there are some distinct differences. The most important one being the upgraded quality of the buttons and joysticks. They feel more pronounced, definitely the sticks feel much better. Another small yet nice change is the addition of a slot on the touchpad that allows the light to show through. One last thing to mention is I believe the battery life is a bit better.

I needed a second controller and it works great. Nice to have a backup for when friends are over or have one charging while the other is in use.

Your standard Playstation 4 Controller

They seem to fit my hands a little bit better, where the 3 ones felt a bit small and were not the most comfortable for holding for hours on end. Battery life seems to hold up fairly well with continuous play. Have not used the touch pad feature much, but it is a neat concept. A little bit odd thinking of it as a button, but it replaces the select button on the 3. Also has a share button which replaces start. I don't link my gaming to social media so that feature is pointless to me.
