No internal bubble wrap or filler and the shipping box was almost completely crushed. Would have been 5 * if not for that reason. Gotta do better Best Buy.

The right dpad button started sticking after a few weeks of use and I've cleaned it since. Also theres a bit of an edge where the plastic meets when my other one was smooth. Everything else is great.

Best controller for PS4

I wouldn't recommend any other controller because with the Sony controller, you are guaranteed that all features of the controller, such as sound and lighting, works correctly.
