After having wasted money on so called premium built controllers that ended up breaking anyway, I went back to the standard. They work, and Best Buy's replacement for a simple device like this is very hassle free! I know because I've replaced two. It's probably clear by now I am hard on controllers. Not by way of neglect, but I play the type of games that cause me to be aggressive. Therefore I need a controller made of steel with miracle sticks that can take it! I can't or won't change how I play so that's not happening. My advice for those with strong hands and translate game physically to controller, absolutely get the replacement coverage through Best Buy! You will not be sorry!

The 4 year old had put all of their controllers into the fish tank so I wasn't sure about getting him the same kind. I'm technologically challenged but when I saw "DualShock" I figured, like chicken soup, it wouldn't hurt to get him the Crystal. He was thrilled and I think the fish are too because he promised to take really good care of this one.
