Finally the build quality that it should have been in the first place. The original model were pretty bad; the trigger squeaks after a few weeks of use, labels coming off, and battery life reduced to under an hour. This new model solves all of these issues, for the time being anyway.

Great controller has new twist with light bar. Has been my favorite over Xb1 controller. Have both systems play more on PS4 just my preference.

The new gold plated ps4 controller is a beast, it fast reliable wireless connection and yes I honest said that I'm a satisfied customer.

Official PS4 controllers are quality made, sturdy and do last a long time but there are a couple of choices that Sony made that stop me from giving it a 5 out of 5. The battery is not easily replaceable but it is rechargeable so that is a point that nullifies it self for me. What does suck for me is the quality of the rubber on the dual analog sticks, when you have youngsters using it it will wear away, so I suggest getting some replacement caps to put on them to avoid this being a problem.
