I tossed the box etc and didn't want to deal with the store trying to return it

Great Controller

The original had a tacky feel to the thumbsticks...not so on this one. The drawback to the original was that the rubber composite, while tacky (which felt great, providing for great control), wore out with minimal use. The composite basically shreded! Sony quietly, with no qnnouncement, has released the new composite which doesn't have the wear issue..just wish they were qble to keep the tackiness. Anyway the controller is great the blue is in line with Sony's PS4 theme and looks great! NOTE: It appears that ANY PS4 controller now available will have the new more durable composite regardless of color! The PS4 is amazing!!!

The only thing that made this a 4 instead of a 5, is the price. Wish it was a little more reasonable. $39.99 to $49.99 would be more appropriate in my mind. However, I am not the one who builds them, so I don't know what their markup is.

It is still breakable (I've broken my fair share of controllers to know by the feel alone.), but it should make for a very nice choice.
