Great Controller Overall

They put a mic jack and speaker on the controller, that's just wow. Only thing that I didn't like was the cover of the thumb stick. I think my thumb pressure is too heavy or something because it looks like it's starting to wear down.

Best store to buy a PlayStation 4 Controller

To this day the controller still fells brand new. Really recommend it.

Sub par new product, battery compromised

The battery was not good after the first charge. My suggestion, make return or exchange instructions more easily accessible to customers. I guess I waited until the end of the PS4 to buy the controller thinking it would be cheaper but price never dropped and now I got a bad battery to boot.
