    It's a PS4 controller, no fault from BestBuy for selling the product, but Sony's most recent design is not a quality build like previous DualShock controllers. Works great for a few months, but joysticks wear out quickly.

    My R1 button registers presses when the button isn't depressed. This prevents me from playing many games, easily using home screen, and other apps. The amount of time played on the controller prior to it breaking is completely unacceptable. Additionally the battery power on these is horrendous. Make sure to adjust your settings on your system to force the controller to turn off quickly to save power. This would be a one star review however the controller's functionality when working and charged is very good.

    l bought this controller because one of my controllers started acting up l always use ps4 original controllers because l feel like they work better and l try to stay away from aftermarket stuff. l also bought the warranty so if it does break it is replaced.
