Greatest game controller of all time

Controller broken, Bestbuy knew it and still sold

I found this 4 months after buying it and there is no way to return it. Now I look at it carefully, it was apparently previously opened by someone. Seems like the R1 key was already broken by the last user and he/she was trying to fix it and couldn't. Then why Bestbuy still sell this? I'm very very disappointed with Bestbuy, and this is actually the second time Bestbuy loses my trust. Just simply horrible way to cheat customer ...
