Horrible Return Policy!!

He used it for about a week and it quit working. They told me they wouldn’t exchange it because it was past the 15 day window, so now I’m out $60 for nothing. I have always purchased my electronics from Best Buy, but will never purchase anything there again.

The joysticks are the worst, they constantly break. And you can hear internal parts shaking in the inside. For a $60 price tag it should be better constructed.
