Hardware Issue On New Controller

Unfortunately, when it was opened and ready to use, it flashed a red light when turned on or plugged in. I looked it up and it says it is a “hardware issue.” I am taking action to get a refund for it and potentially switching the controller out. The controller looked brand new, and I know I lurches the “Brand New” version of the controller.

Sony Has to Do Better with the Dualshock 5.

The analog stick always starts sticking and not responding after so much time goes by. No matter heavy usage or light usage. I have had to replace th÷se controllers 4 times. For the price of over $70 after tax...they shouldn't be this unreliable. Hopefully the DS5 is free of this issue...is more reliable.
