The controller is a little too big and bulky and the cost is ridiculous. Personally there is too much going on with it. they should make a standard controller that doesn't have all those features that to me is of no use. having such an expensive controller (for those that can't afford it) limits a person to only playing games by themselves (online doesn't count)

He does game hours a day. This controller joy stick started messing up about 4 months after opening. Did not think to buy the warranty because my dad is an adult who knows how to take care of his things so when he contacted customer service they offered to replace it as long as he paid shipping ($25).
