I have had a ps4 for 4 years and have had to replace at least 1 a year. The point of the story is the geek squad warranty is 100% worth it. Get the extra coverage if your buying a ps4 controller.

Must have, but mediocre quality

The right thumb-stick begins having issues after about a year of use. Many games use the R3 (clicking of the right thumb-stick) for sprint. This wears the button underneath the thumb-stick out. It is frustrating to have to buy this yet again. Other than that, the controller holds up well.

Not a good controller

I would liked to get a free replacement controller but the hassle was not worth it. If anyone reads this, a free replacement will make me stay a happy best buy customer. If not, you lost one.
