The control's buttons are not as responsive

Nice controller but headset jack quit after 3.5mth

It's now mid-April and the jack to plug the headset in isn't working and the problems started around a month ago. To use his headset he has to use a different controller. No help from Best Buy since I didn't buy the protection....

Longer battery life

Left analog stick seems like in game moving on its own affecting game play after 2 months. Have to have one and not going to spend $200 on a pro model

Broken in less than a year.

Unfortunately, the sprint function (double tapping the right stick and holding it down) just won't work anymore. I only play Call of Duty games and that is a crucial function. With it not working, this is already just trash to me now. :(

QC at Sony is terrible.

Second one that I had this problem with. Sony doesn't care about anything not marked PS5, and don't get me started on the PS5 joysticks, because they drift like Need for Speed Underground but in a bad way.
