If you are familiar with the PS4 controller, you know the ins and outs. I've mentioned the Options button because in my opinion it is too close to the touchpad and/or to flat to the body of the controller. I find myself often clicking the tochpad rather than the Options button.

Was trying to send back do to the fact the left joystick was broken/damaged. Still no response from Best Buy or Sony. This was over 2 months ago.
